This year was one of the Hitchhikers’ most successful seasons in many years. After earning a blue banner at the Wake County district event, becoming finalists in Pitt County, winning ANOTHER blue banner at UNC Pembroke, and making it to states, we couldn’t be more proud of our performance during the Reefscape season. 

Now, we’re looking for a new batch of students to join in the fun. The Hitchhikers are a FIRST Robotics Team that builds industrial, compeitition-ready robots all year round. We are proud to be a student-led organization that provides hands-on mechanical, electrical, programming, and CAD design experience to all members. However, FRC isn’t just about building robots! We also go above and beyond to assist our community through outreach events, and also provide students with the opportunity to become leaders in business and media.
